I'm Lucas Pose, a web and software developer based in Moulins, France, and the founder of Digitalys. A computer science student at Epitech (class of 2029), I help freelancers, shops, small businesses and founders create custom websites and applications, from the first idea to ongoing support after launch.
I cover the whole technical stack: web interfaces with Next.js, back ends and APIs in Go, PostgreSQL databases, iOS and Android apps with React Native, down to systems programming in C and C++. Your project is designed, built and maintained by the same person, with no subcontracting.
My belief: a website or app should serve a clear goal — building credibility, attracting customers, selling online or simplifying a process. Every design and code decision is made in service of that goal.

As a French micro-enterprise exempt from VAT (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code), all prices are net, with no VAT added. They are an indicative starting point. Copywriting, logo design and bespoke features are quoted separately. Additional work is billed at €50 per hour.

How much does a professional website cost?
From €390 for a one-page site delivered in 7 days, €990 for a custom 5-page showcase website, €2,490 for a bilingual site you manage yourself, and €3,990 for an online store. The exact amount depends on the number of pages, features and copywriting, and is set out in a detailed quote.
Why are your prices VAT-free?
Digitalys is a French micro-enterprise under the VAT franchise scheme (article 293 B of the French Tax Code). No VAT is charged: the amount on the quote is exactly what you pay.
Is the quote free?
Yes. After a 30-minute call to understand your goals, you receive a detailed, itemised quote within 48 business hours, with no commitment.
How does payment work?
Payment is made in three instalments: 30% when the quote is signed, 40% when the mockups are approved and 30% at launch. Care plans are billed monthly.
Will I own my website?
Yes. On delivery and once the balance is paid, the source code, design assets and domain name are entirely yours. You remain free to change provider at any time.
Is search engine optimisation (SEO) included?
Every package includes technical SEO: page structure, markup, loading speed, mobile compatibility and Google Search Console setup. Business and E-commerce add keyword strategy and structured data. Ongoing SEO follow-up is part of the Growth care plan.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes, from the Business package: an admin area lets you edit text, images and articles without any technical skills. Hand-over training is included.
How long does a project take?
7 days for an Express website, 3 to 4 weeks for a showcase website, 5 to 7 weeks for a Business site, 7 to 10 weeks for an online store and 10 to 14 weeks for an app. The timeline is set in the quote and also depends on when your content is supplied.
Where do you work?
I am based in Moulins, in the Allier department of central France, and work with clients locally, across France and abroad: video calls, online approvals and a preview link so you can follow progress at any time.
